Dear Future Bride or Groom:
We are honored that you have chosen Xtreeme Fitness to help you achieve a more active, healthy lifestyle. We are thrilled to help you look your best prior to your big day. Brides and Grooms can choose from two generous promotional choices:
- Free Bootcamp for the Bride & Groom
Both the Bride and Groom will receive a FREE 6-week bootcamp when they get 4 or more members to sign up for the same bootcamp session.
To qualify for the promotion, all friends and family who sign up should type their name in the Other field of the How did you hear about us section in the standard Pre-Registration form.
Once the Bride and Groom have 4 or more wedding-party friends or family successfully signed up, all they need to do to receive their free bootcamp is fill out the Bride & Groom Pre-Registration form. The Bride and Groom will not need to proceed to the shopping cart checkout area since their Bootcamps will be free, provided at least 4 or more friends and family have pre-registered.

- 25% Discount for the Bride & Groom
Alternatively, both the bride and groom qualify for a 25% discount, but each must complete the registration process separately. Either a bride or groom may partcipate by themselves; it is not a requirement that both participate to qualify for the discount. To begin your bootcamp registration process, please complete Step 1, below.
Step 1: Complete the Online Pre-Registration Form. This step will begin the secure online registration and shopping cart process. Once you have finished Step 1, continue to Steps 2 & 3 to complete the process. Brides and Grooms will be given their 25% Off Dicount Code when they click on the appropriate bootcamp price from the table provided upon completion of Step 1.
Step 2: Download Forms. Please download the required Registration Packet below. Print, complete, and sign each form. Either deliver all completed forms to your initial assessment, or fax, email or send to:

Step 3: Complete the Online Shopping Cart Checkout. Please use the table below to browse the possible classes, park locations, and dates. When you have completed Step 1 (Pre-Registration) below, you will be able to complete the registration process by adding your desired class to our secure shopping cart. Continue the check-out process to complete the registration. Registrants who complete the registration and shopping cart checkout process will receive a free T-Shirt and water bottle at their assessment.
