Why Our Bootcamp Works
The Xtreeme Fitness Bootcamp works because we understand that people are motivated in different ways. Some are motivated by measuring improvements, others by setting a goal and achieving it, while others depend on the encouragement and support of others. And it’s FUN!

Below are some aspects of our Bootcamp that help ensure that you exceed your goals and aspirations:
- Personal coaching . We are there to kick your butt as well as hold your hand. You will receive personal instruction on form and technique, as well as individual attention in regard to your goals you have set for yourself. Bootcamp is personal training at a fraction of the cost of a Personal Trainer session which typically runs $50 & up for each session.
- Goal Setting . Goal setting is important so that both you and I know what you will be striving for. Before camp begins you will have determined short & long term goals for yourself. You must first know where you want to go, and then together we can help get you there.
- Personal Trainer Support 7 Days a Week Boot Camp is so much more than just the time you are in class. We are trying to improve your overall health & lifestyle - from fitness and nutrition to activities on your days between camps. We are there for you during class and between classes. - Fitness Assessment & Measurable Results . We'll begin and end each camp with a fitness assessment, benchmarking the below levels. You can also choose to include a body composition/body fat test. With our Bootcamp classes and proper nutrition you WILL see results.

- Nutritional Guidance . Nutrition and fitness work hand in hand & create health and well-being. Throughout the camp there will be informational tips on our website that will provide practical strategies, tips and solid guidance to help you make healthful decisions.
- You will want to show up – every day! We are vested in your success, as well as your Campmates.
You're outside breathing crisp fresh air, marveling at the magnificent view of the mountains. Could there be a better way to start or end your day!
Preparing For Your Fitness Bootcamp We will have exercise mats available. If you prefer, you may bring your own. Note: All mats and equipment are treated with SportsAide™ XL Antimicrobial Spray. It's effective against a wide array of bacteria, including MRSA and other Staph, plus mold, fungi, and algae. It is nontoxic and will not rub off onto skin. Below are other critical things to consider in preparing for class.

What to wear:
- Comfortable workout attire (layers if weather is cold or inclement).
- Sneakers with good gripping soles
What to bring:
- Water bottle—one will be provided to you at assessment.
- Towel
- Motivation and a great attitude!
IMPORTANT! Hydrating and fueling your body before your class:
- Drink a minimum of 16 oz of water 30–60 min before class
- Eat foods containing carbohydrates and quality protein 30–60 min before your class. Some food choices may include:
- Oatmeal with fruit added, slice of whole grain toast, milk and or O.J.
- Eggs, whole grain toast, small fruit serving, milk and or O.J.
- Healthy whole grain cereal with fruit added.
- Whole wheat toast w/peanut butter, yogurt, milk or O.J.
- Turkey or chicken on whole grain bread with lettuce & tomato. Adding sprouts, olives or avocado with extra virgin olive oil or light salad dressing is a healthy choice too.
- Salad with a variety of greens and vegetables, adding almonds and sunflower seeds will make your salad a complete protein. Pumpkin seeds may be added as well as diced fruit which can be tasty as well as healthy.
- If running short on time, try a quick healthy snack:
- Low fat yogurt with fruit and granola
- Apple slices with cheddar cheese, almond butter or cashew butter
- Whole grain crackers with hummus
- Tuna on whole wheat crackers
- Whole wheat bagel with nut butter and a banana
- Organic nutrition bars are a good choice if you do not have access to a healthy meal or snack.
- Fruit smoothies are a good choice pre and post workout, ingredients may include:
- Fresh or frozen fruit
- Low fat yogurt
- Low fat milk, or soy
- Orange juice
- Acia
- Adding a serving of protein powder will help promote tissue repair
Proper nutrition and hydration is necessary for optimal health and fitness!
Post Workout
First and foremost consume plenty of water to rehydrate; typically 24 ounces for every 1 pound lost from sweat!
Meals or snacks within 30 min of exercise may include:
- Smoothie w/ carbohydrate and protein see above
- Any of the above pre workout choices
- Grilled salmon, brown rice, steamed veggies, large green salad w/ low fat dressing
Eat a meal that includes carbohydrates, protein, good fats and antioxidants within 2 hrs of exercise! Again, Proper nutrition and hydration is necessary for optimal health and fitness.
Remember, eating more often in smaller amounts will help speed up your metabolism which in-turn will help you lose and maintain your weight.
If you starve yourself your body will store more fat, your metabolism will slow down, and in-turn you will gain weight! Registration Instructions

Step 1: Complete the Online Pre-Registration Form. This step will begin the secure online registration and shopping cart process. Once you have finished Step 1, continue to Steps 2 & 3 to complete the process.
Step 2: Download Forms. Please download the required Registration Packet below. Print, complete, and sign each form. Either deliver all completed forms to your initial assessment, or fax, email or send to:

Step 3: Complete the Online Shopping Cart Checkout. Please use the table below to browse the possible classes, park locations, and dates. When you have completed Step 1 (Pre-Registration), you will be able to complete the registration process by adding your desired class to our secure shopping cart. Continue the check-out process to complete the registration. Registrants who complete the registration and shopping cart checkout process will receive a free T-Shirt and water bottle at their assessment.
